Consultation/Second Opinion
90-minute clinical interview with the patient as well as interviews with the patient's providers and any loved ones involved in the patient's care if appropriate and comfortable for the patient. A detailed report with clinical impressions and treatment recommendations will be provided after evaluation. -

*I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, what you are looking for, and some relevant history. I will also be able to answer any of your questions/concerns and we will discuss how to proceed.
Payment
I am an "out-of-network" provider. This means that I am not able to bill insurances and only accept payment directly. I can, however, provide you a detailed receipt of the services provided and if your insurance has "out-of-network benefits", you will be able to submit this receipt for a partial reimbursement.
